Rachel DuBois, Director 

As Director of Career Services, Rachel is committed to connecting NYU Wagner students and alumni with the networks, resources, and opportunities they need to make significant and sustainable impact. This dynamic role allows her to draw on her 20 years working in nonprofits, federal service programs, and higher education. Rachel is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, a certified MBTI practitioner, and is currently pursuing an MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting at New York University. She earned her BA from the University of Georgia and her MA from Eastern Michigan University. She is a proud alumna of the AmeriCorps NCCC and AmeriCorps VISTA programs.

Alex Cobus, Associate Director

Alex oversees employer engagement and supports NYU Wagner students and alumni in all stages of their career  development. Prior to joining NYU Wagner, Alex worked at NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development and the   Office of Global Services (OGS) at Tandon, before that.  Alex received a BA in Sociology from Binghamton and MA in  International Education from NYU Steinhardt. She brings over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has  worked and volunteered abroad in the UK, Spain, Poland, Germany, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Cambodia. She is thrilled to be a bit closer to home supporting NYU Wagner students & alumni reach their academic and career goals in public service and social impact.

Yaniv Kleinman, Associate Director

Yaniv partners with student groups at Wagner and coaches students in their career development and job search strategy. He leverages his 8+ years of experience in career coaching, global education, diversity and inclusion, and project management to provide career support for Wagner students. Prior to coming to Wagner, he coached MBA students interested in tech and entrepreneurship at NYU Stern and managed programs for first-generation undergraduate students at the NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development. A graduate of Florida International University (B.A. Political Science and Philosophy) and the University of Chicago (M.A. International Relations), Yaniv also brings experience from his work with AmeriCorps Public Allies, Democracy Now!, and MAPS Corps. In his time off, he enjoys reading, chess, hiking, cycling, and photography. He is originally from Bogotá, Colombia.

Daphne Wang, Operations and Database Administrator

Daphne manages alias communications and oversees the NYU Wagner Career Directory, a comprehensive resource for job postings, career services, and advising appointments. She also supports projects and events within the Office of Career Services. Daphne brings a strong background in healthcare, where she focused on outreach and community engagement for underserved and minority populations, most recently at NYC Health + Hospitals. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queen's College and has extensive training in customer service, beginning her career in hospitality and serving as a customer experience ambassador. Outside of work, Daphne enjoys baking, exploring mixology, and discovering new travel destinations.
