During the spring semester, NYU Wagner students across the country came together to participate in the annual WagnerCares Day of Service.

The Wagner Food Policy Alliance (WFPA) recently hosted “From Urban Decay to Urban Agriculture,” an event co-sponsored by the Urban Planning Student Association.

Every year the Wagner International Student Society (WISS) hosts an interactive and enriching event to allow students to share their diverse cultural heritage from all corners of the Earth.

In Spring 2019, Distinguished Visiting Urbanist Richard Buery presented a series of conversations about public policy in New York City. The third and final forum featured Council Member Brad Lander, who talked about his efforts to promote integration in New York City public schools.

“Tough questions lie at the heart of governance in the 21st century—and NYU Wagner doesn't shy away from them,” says Gavin Silber, Master of Urban Planning, 2015, and Program Co-Director at the Bertha Foundation.

On April 16, NYU Wagner partnered with KIPP to host a discussion on The College Completion Crisis, addressing the concerns of first-generation college students and students of color in higher education spaces.

Designed for students with one year remaining at NYU Wagner, the "Full Steam Ahead" retreat is a day of reflection, forecasting, and skill building in an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Three NYU Wagner students and two NYU Wagner student organizations were honored at the 35th Annual President's Service Awards.
