Wagner Student Association (WSA)

As the school’s elected student government, WSA represents student interests, fosters community, supports leadership development, stewards student group budgets, and facilitates channels for academic feedback and collaboration.

Association of Latinx Students and Allies in Public Service (ALAS) 

ALAS creates creates spaces for dialogue and advocacy around issues relevant to Latinx communities and their diasporas worldwide.

Black Student Association (BSA)

BSA builds supportive networks and programming centered on the experiences of students of color, while raising awareness of issues impacting the African Diaspora.

Displaced Migrants Action Group (DMAG)

DMAG convenes students, practitioners, and scholars to address urgent challenges in involuntary migration and displacement through events, dialogue, and action.

First-Generation Student Association (FGSA)

FGSA supports students who are the first in their families to attend graduate school, fostering a sense of community, visibility, and shared resources.

International Policy and Planning Association (IPPA)

IPPA raises awareness of global public service challenges and promotes student engagement in international careers, coursework, and dialogue.

NYU Arts and Culture Network (ACN)

ACN fosters discourse on cultural policy and arts management in public service, while connecting students to cultural institutions and opportunities across the city.

NYU Reproductive Health Action Network (NYU Repro)

NYU Repro champions intersectional approaches to reproductive health access through advocacy, organizing, and education.

NYU Wagner Review

The Wagner Review is a student-run academic journal, publishing original peer-reviewed research, commentary, and essays at the intersection of policy, practice, and public service.

Pan Asian Student Alliance (PASA)

PASA promotes dialogue on issues affecting Asian American and Pacific Islander communities, both domestically and globally, while celebrating cultural heritage.

Social Innovation and Investment Alliance (SIIA)

SIIA empowers students to explore careers in social impact, innovation, and investing through professional development, training, and networking.

Stonewall Policy Alliance (SPA)

SPA fosters inclusive spaces for students and allies through events, advocacy, and organizing that explore public policy issues affecting LGBTQ+ communities.

Students for Ending Mass Incarceration (SEMI)

SEMI encourages dialogue to address the intersections between criminal justice and other areas of public policy.

Urban Planning Student Association (UPSA)
